The Gospel of Mark shares with us the authority of Jesus Christ and how he demonstrated that authority, not by lording it over people but by loving and serving people. The religious leaders of the day didn’t know what to do with Jesus….he’s healing and he’s helping…but he is also ignoring the laws and traditions that the Pharisees held so precious…In Jesus the Law of Moses is written on our hearts and becomes a law of love.
