There is an expression which says that “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Leaders face temptations and since we are all leaders in one sense or another we face temptations of all kinds. Nehemiah again is no exception. Had he followed in the footsteps of his predecessors he too would have fallen to temptation. Nehemiah chooses instead to honour God and to honour those whom he was called to lead. Let’s listen in to see a godly response when we face temptation.
