Welcome to week two on the book of Philippians. What does it mean to be grounded in Christ’s love? Paul explains that what it DOESN’T mean is listening to the self-righteous who tell you to be or do something in order to be saved. Paul says it’s the circumcised heart, the heart that says I can’t in my own strength but in Christ I can do all things. The one who began a good work in me will continue this work. Acknowledging our need for Christ brings power to live and rejoice no matter the circumstances.
